The processing of personal data and the exercise of rights
The Company will obtain Personal Data or other data provided by your company that can directly or indirectly identify the individual during procurement process for the purposes of carrying out the related requirements including executing business transaction between two parties and for specific purpose such as corporate operational data management in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (the "Personal Data Law") and related laws and regulations.

1.Your company are free to decide whether or not to provide Personal data. However, if your company refuses to provide relevant and necessary Personal data, it will affect executing business transaction between two parties and the Company's necessary for corporate operational data management, which may cause the Company to terminate the relationships between two parties.

2.The Company and related companies will collect, process, and use Personal Data provided by your company in accordance with the Personal Data Law, relevant laws and regulations, and the Company's personal data protection policy.

3.The Company and related companies will reasonably use Personal Data provided by your company during the duration of the collection purpose and within the scope of such purpose.

4.In general, the Company uses Personal Data provided by your company only in the place where your company located except where there is a need for international transmission for the purposes of corporate operational data management requirements between the Company and related companies.

5.Please provide to the Company correct, up-to-date and complete Personal data. If there is any subsequent Personal data changes, you must take the initiative to inform the Company procurement contact window or update in the Company’s system accordingly to keep the information correct, up-to-date and complete. Your rights or interests may be affected if the information provided is wrong, false, outdated, incomplete, or possibly misleading. Therefore the Company and the company's related companies may terminate the business relationships between two parties.

6.The individual may exercise the following rights in accordance with Article 3 Personal Data Act and the Company's personal data protection policy, at any time with respect to your personal data:
        1.Inquire or request to read your personal data.
        2. Request a copy of your personal data.
        3. Request supplementation or corrections.
        4. Request to stop collection, processing or utilization of your personal data.
        5. Request for deletion of your personal data.
        When the individual exercises the above rights and cause loss of your rights and interests, the Company or related companies shall not be liable for compensation.

7.The Company may determine your request, in accordance with laws and regulations, actual circumstances or performance of duties necessity.

8.In accordance with legal regulations, the Company may charge essential fees when the individual exercises the aforesaid rights.

9.The individual can contact the Company to learn about the method of exercising the rights set out in paragraph (7), and visit the Company's website to understand and obtain the relevant policies and regulations on personal data.

10.The Company or related companies will do their best to supervise when, due to business needs, entrust other agencies to process Personal data provided by your company.

11.Your company understands that this consent form complies with the requirements of the personal data law and related laws and regulations, and agree that the Company and related companies shall keep this consent form. Your company also guarantees and promises that the Personal Data provided by your company obtained the consent of the individual that they agree and confirm to provide their personal data to the Company, and the Company will keep those records for future inspection.

12.Purpose for personal data collection and methodology
        The Company and related companies collect, process and use the Personal data provided by your company based on the purpose of corporate operational data management requirements
        The Company and related companies will seek the individual’s consent before the Company and related companies proceed to collect, process, or use your personal data if they go beyond the original purpose.

13.The Company and related companies will use the Personnel Data provided by your company or take the initiative to fill in the information provided to collect relating personal information including paper, computer systems, electronic documents, telephone, email, fax, mail, or other legal and reasonable methods.

14.Categories of personal data collected
        The Company and related companies will collect the Personal Data provided by your company. The data actually collected, processed and used may be adjusted in accordance with the laws and regulations of each region. The Company will provide supplemental clarification in the event of incomplete or unclear points.
        The duration, region, subject matter and method of using personal data
                Duration:
                The Personal Data provided by your company to the Company or related companies will be converted into Company’s supplier records and will continue to be stored during the Company's operation.
                The period for the preservation of the data shall be in accordance with the duration stipulated by the relevant laws and regulations (such as: Commercial Accounting Law, etc.), the needs of executing business, or specific agreement, whichever is longer.
        Region: The place where your company located and other regions required for corporate operational data management requirements.

15.The Company and related companies (including outsourced institutions entrusted by the Company or affiliated companies to handle the matter).

16.Methodology of use:
        Adherence to the relevant laws and regulations on the collection, processing, internationaltransmission and use of automated machines or other non-automated methods of use (e.g., usingelectronic files, paper or other appropriate methods that are in line with the current technology, etc).
        Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, the Company shall conduct international transmissions in accordance with the Article 3 of this Notice. Both the Company and related companies have executed the international data transfer agreements in accordance with EU or other applicable regulatory requirements to ensure that the transmission is properly protected by the applicable laws.

The Company reserves the right to revise this Notice, and will inform in writing, telephone, short message, email, fax, electronically, website announcement or other means sufficient for your company or the individual awareness or informed about the revision. If your company or the individual have any doubts, you can learn about your rights Article 1(7), and make relevant inquiry to the Company.
